(Personal Documentation)
Well, I’ve been a couple of time going to the beach. I find out that beach make me feels calm and relaxed. Everytime when I going to the beach, I stare at the beach it feels like I’m connected to the nature.
I have never been to the beach by myself (not alone), but I understand that many people find it to be a serene and calming place. When I’ve been to the beach a couple of times, I’ve discovered that it makes me feel calm and relaxed. Each time I visit the beach, gazing at the vast expanse of sand and sea creates a sense of connection to nature.
“Dance with the waves, move with the sea. Let the rhythm of the water set your soul free”
-Christy Ann Martine
My favorite activity at the beach is to gaze at the sky and absorb the surroundings. I often find myself lost in thought, contemplating my feelings at the moment or simply admiring the breathtaking scenery. This experience is incredibly calming, especially with the soothing sound of the waves. The sound of water, you know, has a unique way of bringing peace.
Being at the beach allows me to engage in a form of silent conversation with myself. Staring at the sky while contemplating my emotions adds a profound layer to the tranquility. It’s a simple yet deeply fulfilling ritual that enhances the overall sense of peace that the beach provides.
In those moments of introspection, I often reflect on the beauty of the natural world and its ability to evoke a profound sense of awe. The rhythmic ebb and flow of the tides, the gentle caress of the breeze, and the warmth of the sun create a harmonious symphony that transcends the ordinary. It’s as if the beach is a gateway to a tranquil realm, inviting contemplation and offering solace.
Moreover, the beach holds a unique power to instill a sense of timelessness. As I watch the waves tirelessly kiss the shore, I am reminded of the continuity of nature and the impermanence of life’s challenges. It’s a gentle reassurance that, no matter what complexities we face, the rhythm of the sea remains constant, grounding us in the present moment.
The combination of visual beauty, the sound of waves, and moments of silent reflection creates an atmosphere that feels like a temporary escape from the complexities of daily life.
As a conclusion for my article, I will give you some for simple mindfulness meditation practice at the beach. Okay let’s goo
- Find a comfortable spot
- Focus on your breath
- Listen to the waves
- Observe sensations
- Engage your senses
- Practice gratitude
- Return to your breath
- End with smile! :-)
And maybe you ask to yourself why we feels that way? I also asking myself that too. So here’s the answer
- Negative Ion Effects, Beaches are often associated with higher levels of negative ions, which can enhance mood and reduce stress.
- The waves sound, Listening to the repetitive sound of waves has a calming effect on the brain and stimulates a relaxation response.
- Contact with the nature, Walking on the beach sand can provide a grounding sensation and reduce stress levels.
That’s all.
